Boards, Commissions and Task Forces in District Government

Structurally, Mayor Bowser has aligned boards and commissions with programmatic and operational clusters in District government. Most boards and commissions are linked to organizational functions of an executive agency and have an administrator as a primary liaison.

Below public bodies are aligned as described above:

EXECUTIVE BRANCH BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS

Deputy Mayor for Operations and Infrastructure (DMOI)- Deputy Mayor for Operations and Infrastructure is to support the Mayor to ensure a strong and sustained District government focused on maintaining, strengthening, and investing in the District’s infrastructure.
